Steps to reproduce
- Open the composer in Nextcloud Mail.
- Add an image directly into the message body so that it is sent as an inline image.
- Add an additional regular file attachment, for example a PDF.
- Send the email.
- Open the message at the recipient.
Expected behavior
The recipient should receive:
- the inline image displayed inside the HTML message body
- the additional PDF as a normal downloadable attachment
Sending a message with multiple regular attachments works correctly.
Actual behavior

When an email contains:
- an inline image in the message body
- and an additional regular attachment
the inline image is received correctly, but the regular attachment is no longer shown to the recipient.
The issue is reproducible.
