[Bug]: The app config key dav/hide_absence_settings [and many more!] is not defined in the config lexicon

### Bug description

Log (loglevel 1) is reporting many missing config keys from app "dav" in the config lexicon:

dav/hide_absence_settings
dav/system_addressbook_limit
dav/needs_system_address_book_sync
dav/hide_absence_settings
dav/sendInvitations
dav/enableCalendarFederation



### Steps to reproduce

1. install Nextcloud 33.02
2. install app "dav"
3. set loglevel to 1


### Expected behavior

No such Infos in logs, because all "used" values are defined in the apps lexicon.
