[Bug]: Generated App Passwords are not usable

Bug description

Might be similar to #58509 but I'm not able to generate App Passwords. When I generate an app password in the Personal/Security section I copy the password and notate the login username. When I try to use that login I get http 503 errors in Davx5 mount section. The nextcloud logs show login failed (log listed below)

note my exisiting app passwords I've created years ago are still working. Just new app passwords are throwing the error

Steps to reproduce

1. Go into Settings/Personal/Security
2. In App Name enter anything and click Create New App Password
3. Copy details of app password and attempt to login or use them for an application

Expected behavior is to authenticate user

HTTP 503 is Service unavailable, that’s not a Nextcloud error. Maybe reverse proxy is blocking or something ?

It could be possible is there something new reverse proxies need to add that came in recent releases? My existing app passwords are working fine but they could be using some legacy setup if thats the case

Also you should be able to login with App Passwords in the webui correct? I feel like that was the case but I'm unable to test it as I don't have the working app passwords written down

A restart of the server has seemed to fix the issue from my side. Not sure what happened exactly but probably should have started there.
