Can't work with CUDA 10.1 ?

my project works on window .
i built terra with cuda 10.1 . after that use API/buildOpt.bat to created Opt.lib and Opt.dll.
it seems everything was fine. but when i use the test code create_delete_cycle.sln . there was an error in
"Opt_State* state = Opt_NewState(param);"
