Update All Cross VM Tutorials & Repos to use `@onflow/react-sdk`

We have released the Flow React SDK with native support for aspects of the cross-VM tutorial that were originally written manually (running a Cadence batch transaction).

This should be updated to use `useCrossVmBatchTransaction` from `@onflow/react-sdk` instead of the custom batch transaction hook used in the tutorial/repo.
