Fork synchronisation

Unfortunately, GitHub does not have a great way of automatically keeping forks in sync. Through external tooling such as https://github.com/google/copybara and https://github.com/marketplace/actions/fork-sync it would be possible to track upstream development at github.com/dotnet/*@main and continuously integrate changes.

A few ready made github actions exist e.g:

For organization sake it might be best to run this under 2 organizations e.g

• open-dotnet
  • open-dotnet-community

So that community gets access to discussions etcetera but secure coding and deployment practices can be adhered on the open-dotnet repository producing binaries.
