Need to run "nvm use node" to get node and npm

I've been needing to instruct the codex agent to run "nvm use node" before it can access node and npm.

Can this be fixed so npm and node are on the path when the environment starts up?

Yeah this is a pretty serious regression, Codex wastes 6 mins just doing apt install node to get the missing nodejs

the container should have just done the nvm use ... activation of the selected nodejs version at the beginning
