hey @mr-c (awesome alias btw!) what did you have in mind for a tool? For openbases it would be akin to making a template for a user to plug in some details for a workflow, and then the continuous integration would produce them a full fledged CWL. Can you walk me through an example use case (goal, what the user provides, what gets generated) and we can get started?
