paraFoam and gmshToFoam on Ubuntu?

Thanks a lot man for the great tutorials. I have a hard time installing gmshToFoam and paraFoam on Ubuntu. How did you do that?

gmshToFoam is included in OpenFoam's source packs.

Usually, ParaFoam also is included but its installation in optional.
