sorry for opening on bugs.pear.net, but I didn't find any info on the pear2.php.net that you are using github issues for bugtracking.

The same over here: http://test.pear2.php.net/ - fatal error + exception.
"Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'Unable to open database: unable to open database file' in /var/www/html/pear2.php.net/vendor/php/PEAR2/Pyrus/Config.php"...
