[Bug]: validation bug in add provider instance form

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Add provider instance
2. Select opencode
3. Go to Step 2
4. Leave Instance ID empty (required field)
5. Click Next
6. Click Add instance
7. The instance is not being added and nothing is going on

Expected behavior

Validation should trigger on clicking "Next" — navigation to the next step should be blocked until all required fields are filled in.

Actual behavior

The validation is triggered only when Add instance button is clicked

Workaround
