Follow up with event based continuous deployment

Continuous image delivery to docker hub is completed using Travis CI.  At target environment, it needs to pull this latest docker images and (rollover) run it. Need to improve with event based CD. Need to read Travis for how. For now, we do cron based deployment at every x hour.
