Failed to build binary framework with latest version of Carthage

This project does not build anymore with Carthage, which now build dependancy as xcframeworks

looks like related to PSOperationsHealth

create a Cartfile
github "https://github.com/pluralsight/PSOperations.git" "master"

and run the command
carthage update --use-xcframeworks

and it will failed
