The tutorial would be served by giving users the option of creating an OpenShift cluster in the cloud for no-/low- cost.
The IBM CloudFree program gives users 200 USD (when upgrading for Pay as you go) and the ability to try out IBM cloud free tier services. This can be coupled with more minimal OpenShift requirements (e.g. a 2 worker node cluster with 4 cpus, 16GB each) that, according to Burr Sutter, would only cost a user $633 per month max, but in practice they would pay for only the hours you use. NOTE: Even better would be if there were a free-tier eligible version of ROKS that could be tested for use with this tutorial
