A rewrite of datastore emulator

Hey @remko , this is not a real issue, I just want to share my work with you. I rewrote the datastore-emulator, and finally is able to connect your project.

Also, I'd like to point out, your work at dsbackups helps me to understand how the ingestion works. Thanks so much.

Not that you need my permission, but feel free to bundle DSAdmin 😉. It could probably work by just serving the static frontend assets on the same HTTP port as the emulator, no extra servers or listeners necessary.
