Configuration Fundamentals mention of non-existent flag

In the Configuration Fundamentals (docs/guides/configuration/fundamentals.md) there is sudo rspamadm configtest -v, however rspamdadm in 4.0.x does not have a -v (anymore) and thus it fails when you use this.
