Allow quick tutorial to work across languages

• This issue is blocked by Improve design of quick tutorial flows to better match the Figma designs #615 where the designs will first be updated

We need to update the quick tutorial so that it works for other languages aside from German. As of now the user has to use the German keyboard for the tutorial, which would be confusing for learners of other languages.

Steps to complete this are:

• We should add a second page to the noun annotation (or a second prompt below)
  • The first should be "Mother" and the second should be "Father" in the given languages
• We should add the given words into the texts for the prompts based on the Scribe keyboard the user is using
• The conditions for the tutorial finishing should be updated such that the words for the specific language should be checked against
