After seashell, the company, seems to be in liquidation, what is the status of this project?

The project could deserve a wave of freshness but without active owner it feels hard for incoming contributions to be merged. What is the status of this project, again? Is there an active fork, or can we fork it? :)

@edufschmidt I'd be interested in taking over the project and moving it to a different Org.

Is there anyway left that has access to Seashell org, or someone that can transfer the project?
