Incorrect `lljson.slencode()` behavior around `nil` / `lljson.null`

In `lljson.slencode()` we can encode the distinction between `nil` holes in arrays and literal `lljson.null`, and we should do so, rather than always turning `nil` into `lljson.null`, since that changes semantics.
