Status: fixed, all green.

• npm install failed initially: ERESOLVE conflict. The autoupdate had bumped typescript to ^7.0.2, but typescript-eslint@8.70.0 (the newest available) peer-depends on typescript >=4.8.4 <6.1.0 — TS 7 support isn't out yet in typescript-eslint.
• Fix: pinned typescript back to ^6.0.3 (latest 6.x release, still satisfies the typescript-eslint peer range) in package.json, and regenerated package-lock.json. No product code (src/) was touched.
• After the fix, all three gating commands passed clean:
  • npm run lint — exit 0
  • npm run build — exit 0
  • npm test — 48/48 tests passing, exit 0
