Create the new CUDS computational model

The new computational model for CUDS needs to be implemented.

Slides 27 to 29.

This will requeire to:

• Replace CM for SP
• Implement PE, which was part of the old SP
• Implement ME, which is partially implemented in Feature material relation #253
• Implement C ( Old BC with extended features)
• Implement M, which is already done in Feature material #237
• Rename SD for DS
• Modify current H5_CUDS class to reflect the changes

@roigcarlo as we have partially implemented this, I would like to finish it. Shall we assign it to me and break it along the way into smaller tasks if necessary?
