chore(charts): serve the repository at charts.sim.ai

GitHub Pages reads the custom domain from this CNAME file on every build. The DNS record (charts CNAME simstudioai.github.io) is already in place, which is the order Pages' domain verification expects. Kept in the branch rather than set only through the API so a later Pages rebuild cannot silently drop the domain.
