Problem Description

Dev Machine Guard currently only runs on macOS. Without Windows support, security teams cannot get unified visibility across their developer fleet when developers use a mix of macOS and Windows machines.

Proposed Solution

Implement a PowerShell-based scanner that provides equivalent detection coverage on Windows.
