Will this automatic prompt caching become default at some point? My understanding is the user would need to configure cache_config=CacheConfig(strategy="auto") to get this benefit.

@jarodgeorge there is limited support on caching in bedrock https://docs.aws.amazon.com/bedrock/latest/userguide/prompt-caching.html#prompt-caching-models so I don't think we will change the default to auto.

Also changing default would be breaking change, so this will not happen before 2.0 definitely.
