What happened?

I am currently experiencing an issue where it’s not possible to send or receive more than $40.

Expected behavior

No response

1.	Attempt to send or receive a Lightning payment above $40
2.	Transaction fails or is not processed

From the logs, it was a temporary liquidity issue

1. Payment amount: 100,049 sats HTLC created
2. Routing failure: TemporaryChannelFailure(0x1007) at channel 898495613608394753
3. 7-hop route path that was attempted
4. Liquidity scoring: LDK marked the failing channel as low-liquidity
5. Final failure: RETRIES_EXHAUSTED after all route attempts failed
6. 5 separate payment attempts - all failed with the same reason
