I've got 26.5 beta running here and the Xcode beta command line tools just updated. Trying to build textmate debug I encountered the need to add '--strip-disallowed-xattrs' to the code signing line of the dialog makefiles. Also, xcrun couldn't find ibtool to I had to add it's full path.
