PNG files display as corrupted text characters instead of images

Description

When a PNG file is loaded into the system, instead of displaying the actual image, the system shows garbled text characters.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to the file upload interface
2. Select any PNG image file
3. Upload the file
4. Observe the display

Expected behavior

The system should display the actual PNG image.

Actual behavior

Instead of showing the image, the system displays corrupted text characters .
