Pain

Enhance the Tina.io docs starter template by adding a 'Powered by TinaCMS' message at the bottom, similar to the main website.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The 'Powered by TinaCMS' message is displayed at the bottom of the docs starter template.
2. The message is consistent in style and placement with the main website.
3. No existing functionality of the docs starter template is disrupted.
