Trigger hydration

Hello!

It seems to me like the trigger-hydration prop works only in combination with the ssr-only. Do I understand it right?

Because if I only don't set ssr-only to true then the default hydration method is done which is to hydrate right away no matter if trigger-hydration is false or no

I would expect the hydration not to happen in case trigger-hydration is false

trigger-hydration should work without ssr-only. The ssr-only attribute means that the hydration process will not run on the element. Can you provide a reproduction example?

@OskarLebuda I think that's not happening at the moment:

if <LazyHydration :trigger-hydration="false"> then there's default hydration strategy being used, which is to hydrate ASAP:

But if I'm misunderstanding something here I can create minimal repro. It's just that from the code I don't get why would it be lazy hydrated in the first place.

I think at the moment there's no difference between <LazyHydration> and <LazyHydration :trigger-hydration="false"> as both are falsy.
