No validation on auction duration

**Describe the bug**

There's no validation on `duration` field on create auction modal. 

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create auction, get modal
2. Enter 0.001 or 5555555 in duration
3. Click confirm button

**Expected behavior**
Validation message (similar to timed swap), that minimum duration is 1hr or maximum is 168 hours (1 week)
