CFOPS error "invalid director credentials"

[awstaples]

Running PCF 1.6. CFOPS backup works for my test PCF instance. However, when I attempt a backup of the QA instance, ops-manager tile backs up ok, but elastic-runtime fails with the "invalid director credentials" error.
I have tried setting the variable ER_VERSION=1.6, but that did not help.
I am running ER v1.6.4-build1 in test foundation and ER v1.6.20-build1 in QA

Here's the cmd and output.

cfops backup --omh X.X.X.X --du webuser --dp webpass --omu sshuser --omp sshpass -d . -t elastic-runtime
2016/06/22 13:41:07 I0622 13:41:07.780727 24471 opsmanager.go:133] falling back to basic auth for legacy system

what version of cfops is this?

for more details on the issue you could also try adding the
LOG_LEVEL=debug env var when running. Be careful though as this is
extremely verbose and might output creds.

Hi, please take a look at the troubleshooting section on cfops.io and let
us know if the steps described there do not work for you.
