[Documentation]: Holodeck 9.1 Network Table Incorrect Subnets/VLANs

Describe the bug

Follow on from #165 - the Network Table still has issues...

• ctgw-01a is deployed with 10.100.0.0/23 not the documented 10.150.0.0/23 (not sure what 2-6 are as haven't deployed them).
• db-network-a seems to be on VLAN1 not the documented 28
• user-network-a seems to be on VLAN2 not the documented 29

Reproduction steps

1. Deploy Holodeck 9.1
2. View the configured Holorouter interfaces & VPC CTGW config
3. Compare with docs

Docs match the Holorouter & VPC CTGW config
