How to implement tray application icon flashing and new message list in Walis v2

Description

How to implement the icon flashing of the tray and hover the mouse over the application icon on the tray to display the unread message list, and click on the message to perform the corresponding operation, similar to chat applications such as WeChat and Enterprise WeChat. After receiving a new message, the tray icon flashes and the unread message list is displayed when the mouse hovers over the application

To Reproduce

1. Simulate sending messages
2. Tray T chart flashing (taskbar flashing has been implemented)
3. Hover the mouse over the tray application to display a list of unread messages (as shown in the figure)

Expected behaviour

A practical solution to meet my needs mentioned above
