CI started failing with our current
3.6.2.0version. The https://github.com/haskell-actions/setup action has3.10.2.0listed as the oldest supported version so I went with that.Verified that it works here: https://github.com/wasp-lang/wasp/actions/runs/16592588946?pr=3013 but I created this new PR because I didn't branch from
mainin the other PR.
