Allow changing redirect URI or --headless option

Currently there is no way to authenticate xurl from a headless server instance.

Because it forces the callback to localhost, unless you have a direct GUI with browse you can't authenticate properly from headless systems.

Either a new --headless option that allows authentication from these environments or a custom redirect URI (so we can use tailscale) would be possible solutions.

There is even a nuance

X breaks on 127.0.0.1, so xurl tells you to use localhost (btw port seems hardcoded to 8080 too), but internally xurl is listening on 127.0.0.1, which can break in some instances (mine for example)

localhost and 127.0.0.1 aren't "quite" the same
