Patch the tyler/master branch to use the main branch from github for the cityjson-* dependencies, instead of crates.io.
This allows to include fixes on cityjson crates in the tyler master branch.
Note that the cityjson-rs main branch already integrates the proj dependency, because tyler/develop moves proj upstream into cityjson-lib, however, tyler/master will still use the old (tyler v0.4.1) build proj-sys itself, until we release tyler v1.0.
