Bumps the latest channel to v0.23.0 (npm latest; tag v0.23.0 = main HEAD 333c6a5d). - API regenerated via TypeDoc at the release commit (Defined-in -> 333c6a5d); module set unchanged (13 packages). - Sync via the merged self-cleaning extract-docs.sh + VitePress sanitizer. - Version labels: nav dropdown + homepage badge 0.22.0 -> 0.23.0. - Clean: no MIT residue; API_REFERENCE.md auto Version 0.23.0; deployment addresses still match @aastar/core canonical (3 chains); sidebar links resolve. - pnpm run docs:build verified.
