* Add DRTM_ENABLE_SECURE_INTERRUPTS interface support and feature discovery. * Enable secure interrupt disable launch feature when supported. * Validate SECURE_INT_DISABLE event ordering in PCR[17]. * Add DL019 to verify secure interrupts can be enabled once and reject repeated enable requests.
