Approved. I did not find any blocking issues in this PR. The board footer now renders grouped lifecycle-only PR links while preserving the PR page hydration behavior.
Verification: ran npm run test -- src/renderer/__tests__/integration/pr-hydration.test.tsx from frontend/ and it passed (3 tests).
