Restructures AGENTS.md into the shared pattern carried by terminal-jarvis and agent-harness: Current Shape, Key Sections (To understand.../Read table), Lost-in-the-woods compass, Branch Strategy, CI, Rules, Design Principles, then the GitNexus block. Facts were re-verified against the current tree (navigation config vs stale .nav.yml reference; uv-only Playwright stance). GitNexus block preserved verbatim.
