Added React Native support and local testing setup

• I added a system for compiling a react-native version of the icons kit based on react-native-heroicons.
  • Fix for React module not compatible with React Native #80.
• I added local testing for the vue, react, and react-native npm modules.
• Updated some NPM packages.

I am still having trouble getting this to work in React Native. Any updates on the way?

@crukundo How are you using it? If you tried using with published NPM modules, that will not work. Were you trying to test this PR? If so, could you describe the problem or error you ran into?
