When errors are present in a CSV file, show a link to the CSV data dictionary. When errors are present in a JSON file, show a link to the JSON data dictionary. If the file is neither CSV nor JSON, link to the root of the data dictionary repository. If archived requirements are chosen for validation, link to the appropriate archived data dictionary.

Update dependencies based on npm audit findings.
