A suite of tests for the AgeOverflow assignment written in python.

These tests are not final and may have mistakes and issues in them. Please report any issues you find to the course staff on EdStem so they may be fixed.

- FIX: was json parsing payload before checking for 200.

- Moved to PyTest from UnitTest
- FIX: bug in generation for photo string, had "" encoded in the Base64

- Released initial tests which cover some small validation.
