…nd replaced with new repo silveroxides/ComfyUI_LogicMath. Old repo has now been deleted as to not cause confusion.

Follow up on previous PR#2791 . I had not realized that github simply did not show me any of my existing nodes in the custom-node-list.json files in either location. This PR removed one dead repo I have deleted and moves two other repos from dev/custom-node-list.json ro the default custom-node-list.json.
