Add a persisted marketplace watchlist hook and an accessible Saved listings rail that handles removed and sold entries gracefully. The primitives are ready for the marketplace card/page integration in the follow-up marketplace issues.
Validation: git diff --check passed. The targeted test could not run because this checkout has no installed vitest binary.
