Fix: Prevent __WD_CloseDriver closing all system processes - #550

_WD_Shutdown() defaults $vDriver to $_WD_DRIVER, which is "" if
_WD_Startup() was never called. __WD_CloseDriver then passed that
empty string to ProcessList(""), which AutoIt treats as "no filter"
and returns every running process on the system, each of which was
then force-closed. Skip the ProcessList() call when the stripped
driver name is empty so no processes are closed instead.
