Improve Result Display (UI/UX) and README #69

Problem:
- Results are displayed as plain text, making them hard to read.
- README lacks screenshots, setup instructions, and contribution guidelines.
Proposed Improvements:
Results UI: Use colored cards (✅ True / ❌ False), show confidence score, make responsive, add fade-in animation.
README: Add screenshots, features list, contribution guide, and badges.
Impact

Better UX for users checking facts.
