Updates the Vietnamese localization dictionary used by DevExtreme UI components to replace remaining English strings and refine existing Vietnamese message values.
Changes:
- Updated a large set of Vietnamese message values (UI labels, ARIA labels, and component texts) in the
vilocale dictionary. - Standardized wording/capitalization across multiple component message entries (e.g., grid, scheduler, file manager, diagram, gantt, chat).
