[BACKEND][MULTIPROCESS] Error on Windows fork multi-process

Issue on calling the multi-process:

_pickle.PicklingError: Can't pickle <function process_date_folder at 0x0000017FD99F3920>: it's not the same object as src.FileFinder.FinderUtils.process_date_folder

Moved the multiprocessing.freeze_support() inside the __name__ == "__main__":

it comes from Windows / Linux fork system.

Should fix the problem for windows issue.

It only reduced the number of errors, but they keep appearing, will continue investigation
