[Feature Request] Improve Weibo support: IP location, trending topics, and timeline groups #2676

Hi Flare team! Thanks for building such a great app and supporting Weibo.

I've been using Flare to browse Weibo and really enjoy the cleaner experience. However, there are a few features that would make the Weibo integration much more complete and useful as an alternative to the official client.

1. Display IP location

The author's IP location (IP region) is displayed in the official Weibo app but is currently missing in Flare.

• Display the IP location when the data is available.
• Ideally, show it near the post timestamp or in the post details.

2. Improve trending / hot search

The current Weibo trending experience seems incomplete compared with the official app.

• Support a more complete trending list.
• Display topic labels such as trending, new, and rising when available.
• Show popularity indicators and allow users to browse related posts.

3. Support native Weibo timeline groups

The official Weibo app supports timeline categories and groups, such as Friends Circle (好友圈) and custom follow groups.

• Load available groups from the logged-in Weibo account.
• Allow switching between Friends Circle and other supported groups.
• Ideally, allow these groups to be added as separate tabs in Flare.

Summary

These improvements would make Flare a much more complete Weibo client while preserving its clean and lightweight user experience.
